Project Description: The new 40,000 gross square foot Student Success Center will consolidate and expand student success initiatives and support services. The first floor will consist of the relocated PDC library, campus bookstore, Student Health Center, Services to Students with Disabilities along with a new multi-purpose room, and food service. The second floor will included the new Rancho Mirage Student Center, Associated Students Incorporated, a Center for Well-Being, and administrative offices for student support services.
