Reaching out to CSUSB Alumni

Alumni Email Requests

The Office of Alumni Relations is happy to assist CSUSB departments with communicating with alumni. In accordance with Division policy, alumni contact information cannot be shared directly with campus departments. Instead, our office can facilitate email communications on your department's behalf.

To protect alumni privacy and communication preferences, University policy discourages the creation and maintenance of independent ("shadow") alumni contact databases outside of approved University systems.

If your communication includes a solicitation for donations or promotes an event with a fundraising or donation component, please contact the Annual Giving Office before submitting your request.

Email Request Process

Alumni Audience

When requesting an alumni audience, please specify the group you would like to reach.

Examples include:

  • Specific degree program(s) or major(s)
  • Graduation year(s)
  • An entire college
  • If there are any staff/faculty members who would also like to be included in the recipient list, please provide their names and emails.
