Pan- African Alumni Chapter Interest Form

Can you please provide us with some additional information to ensure we guide you in the correct interest(s) area:
Interest:
- Membership Only (CSUSB only)
- Leadership Role Only (Board Member) (CSUSB only)
- Volunteer Only (Non Member and/or Board Member) (CSUSB only)
Members- Do not have voting powers but are able to contribute to the changes that impact the Pan African Alumni CSUSB directly and/or indirectly. No time commitment, no board vote, no detailed form and CSUSB attendance verified. Small annual membership fee. (ie. $40)
Leadership - Have full voting powers, participate in board meetings (closed sessions and public sessions), represent the chapter at various levels of higher education and/or non higher education events, attend various events including but not limited to work as coordinators (ie. Student Liaison). Requires some time commitment, board vote, detail form and resume. Small annual membership fee. (ie. $40)
Volunteer- Assist with providing information at events and/or part of the organization process.
Can I join?
I attended CSUSB a few years ago but didn't complete my degree, Can I join? Yes.
I completed my degree and I am working on another degree; Can I join although I am a current student? Yes.
I took one course and didn't return to finish my degree or went to another college. Can I join? Yes.
