Dr Beer presenting!

2022-2023: March 9th, 2023

During Paves The Way this year, the Drs. Ann Johnson and Francisca Beer briefly introduced the "American Council on Education (ACE) Equity Minded Faculty Workload: What we can and should do now." They heard from the college recipients of the 2020-2021 & 2019-2020 teaching, research and service awards. The awardees were invited since they were in the perfect position to share what it took from them to be recognized by the college. They shared information about what they did and the time and effort they put before being considered for an award. They also shared their perception of the workload in the college. This was a robust and informative discussion on transitions, new initiatives, and standards of success.
