About the Conference

The Latinas Rising Conference is hosted by the Division of Student Affairs at California State University, San Bernardino, in collaboration with campus and community partners. Now in its fifth year, the conference was created to provide a space for Latinas to come together in celebration of their identities, achievements, and leadership potential.

Through storytelling, mentorship, and shared learning, Latinas Rising empowers participants to embrace their cultural heritage, explore their personal and professional growth, and build networks that foster success and belonging.

This annual event reflects CSUSB’s commitment as a Hispanic-Serving Institution to advance educational equity, representation, and leadership for all students, with a special focus on uplifting Latina voices across our campus and community.
