For the 25/26 academic year, the IRA fee was $199 per student. These funds remain allocated to Athletics, Recreation & Wellness, Special Events & Guest Services, and academic activities, with the latter awarded through a process managed by the IRA Committee. The President reserves the right to adjust the allocations or use the funds for other eligible IRA programs. While amounts have been outlined for estimated fee revenue generated for each program, the actual fee revenue will be based on the fees collected (net of fee waivers, uncollectible amounts, etc.). |

-Supports 250+ student-athletes in this experiential learning activity to practice skills (e.g., leadership, teamwork, problem-solving) that complement their academic coursework.
-Provides student employment opportunities in support of various academic programs.
-Serves as a pillar of school spirit and campus pride, providing an activity to increase campus engagement, increase institutional visibility, and serve as a highlight for alumni and community partners.
-Offers over 100 internships each year to enable students from various disciplines to engage in different aspects of media production, advertising, and outreach.
-Students who engage in this IRA activity gain practical experience in reporting, writing, editing, and multimedia storytelling, preparing them for careers in journalism, public relations, and digital media
- Provides students access to nationally and internationally recognized experiential learning opportunities that enhance student success, retention, and post-graduate outcomes.
- International and national travel that cultivates global awareness, leadership, and civic responsibility.
- Impacts 2,000+ students annually through GE courses and ensembles, which prepare students for a wide spectrum of career paths, including instrumental or vocal performance, music education, stage management, teaching, conducting, music technology, composition, sound engineering, and musicology.
- Hosts 40-50 live performances each year that support on-campus student employment opportunities and campus visibility within the local community.
-Directly supports the Sport Club Program and Intramural Sports, including campus-recognized, student-run clubs and intramural leagues that provide leadership development, teamwork, and competitive opportunities.
-Advances student employment and peer leadership roles within Sport Clubs, Intramurals, and RecWell operations, offering hands-on experience in program administration, officiating, risk management, and event coordination.
-Helps sustain additional RecWell programs and services, ensuring inclusive recreational opportunities that promote student well-being, campus engagement, and school spirit.
