Student Enrollment Agreement

Students who participate in the Online Career Training Program in Partnership with Cengage/Ed2Go must sign a Student Enrollment Agreement prior to being enrolled in courses. This agreement contains the terms of participating in the Online Career Training Program. The signed agreement must be received before enrollment is processed. Drop/Transfer/Hold/Extension Request Policy

Drop: Please ensure you review and understand the course requirements, outline, and prerequisites, and ensure that this is the class/program that you want to enroll in. As a courtesy refunds are only allowed up to 10 days after you have been granted access to the program. Please note there may be some non-refundable fees with the original enrollment that cannot be refunded or transferred. All refunds must be requested by completing the form below.

Transfer: In partnership with Cengage/Ed2go the Student may request a transfer from one program to another within sixty (60) days following the student’s registration date. There is a transfer fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125), plus any applicable taxes, if the transfer takes place after the first ten (10) calendar days of the Start Date listed in the ed2go Student Center. Please note there may be some non-refundable fees with the original enrollment that cannot be refunded or transferred.

Hold: In the event you are experiencing an extenuating circumstance while on your course, you may be eligible to request a one-time hold, for up to 90 days by completing the form below.

Extension: Please keep in mind that these courses are in partnership with Cengage/ed2go and are entirely online, self-paced, and available to you 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Although you will have a student advisor and a facilitator/instructor you can reach out to, most of the work will be done on your own and at your own pace. These courses also have hard deadlines that you must complete the course by. Any requests for extensions must be sent in writing to workforce@csusb.edu and come at a cost of $125 - 1,150. Course extension fees are non-refundable and not allowed after a specified date.

Please note a $50 administration fee applies to all processing requests. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

Enrollment Verification

The program(s) offered in Partnership with Cengage/Ed2Go are non-matriculated courses are not eligible for academic or continuing education credit. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be provided a certificate of completion from CSU San Bernardino, College of Extended and Global Education. In the event you need verification of enrollment or participation please complete the FERPA release below with the applicable details

Additional certificates can be requested by completing the form and submitting the administrative fee of $25 with the standard processing of 10-14 days once received.
