Harvard Health Publications calls Tai Chi “Medication in Motion” for the myriads of health benefits it provides, including reduction of chronic pain and stress, improved joint mobility, digestion, balance, immunity, and heart health. Allison likes to call it "Healing Movement for Every Body." All levels welcome!

Where are interest rates and the real estate market headed for the rest of 2025? What will be the impact of tariffs on the California economy, and will the Inland Empire continue to outperform the rest of the nation on job and economic growth? Are we headed for a recession?  

The economy remains on a solid footing with low unemployment and stable job growth, but markets also show a significant amount of uncertainty about the future. In this session, Dr. MacDonald will use easy-to-understand data and charts to make sense of the broader picture.
