Chibunna E. Nwaobia Ph.D., MSN, RN., obtained his doctoral degree in Health Services with a special concentration in Healthcare Administration & Management from Walden University, a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from La Sierra University, Riverside CA, and another Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University UT. Dr. Nwaobia comes with a wealth of knowledge in healthcare leadership and management with over 15 years of experience. He believes in helping individuals in any capacity to gain momentum to live their dreams and aspirations. Due to his passion for social change, he believes that the best way to effect changes is through education which has the power to make an impact in the lives of individuals. He also believes that no one tree can make a forest, so he became a big fan of networking and founded the Aspiring Leaders Institute.
Dr. Chibunna Nwaobia is a lifelong learner, a faculty in the department of nursing, and a Master of Health Services Administration at California State University, San Bernardino. He is the Executive Director at NursesBond Inc, a leadership, educational, and social network platform for healthcare professionals. As a healthcare leader, he has contributed immensely to not only saving lives but coaching and transforming other nurses and healthcare leaders to follow their passion and make the healthcare system better than they met it. He is currently the director of nursing, acute care services with Dignity health in Southern California. Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health, Dr. Nwaobia worked with the Nursing Leadership of Riverside University Health System for 6 years, Dr. Nwaobia served as a board member and chair, Inland Empire Program Council of HCE-SoCal for 3 years, He is a member, Association of California nurse leaders (ACNL).

Currently, Shannon McDougall holds the Executive Director and Chief Safety Officer for The City of Hope, Enterprise Occupational Safety and Health, Environment of Care, and Emergency Management.
Shannon previously held the role as the Regional Director of Healthcare Operations for Allied Universal, with the responsibility and oversight for Healthcare Operations in the NW and SW regions, equating to over $123M in business, and was the acting portfolio manager of one of the top health systems in the industry. She served as a subject matter expert in Healthcare Security, Safety, Support Services, and Emergency Management.
Previous to serving as Regional Director of Healthcare Operations for Allied Universal, Shannon McDougall held the position with St. Jude Medical Center as a Director of Environment of Care, Support Services, and Emergency Management.
Shannon's experience includes 19 years in the healthcare industry and leadership. She is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Psychology. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, is International Board Certified in Health and Safety (CHSP). Shannon is also the Chair of Healthcare Executives of Southern California/ACHE/HCE IE Chapter, Secretary and member of International Associates for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS), as well as an active member of California Hospital Association (CHA), Hospital Association Southern Ca. (HASC), and ASIS.

Victor Carrasco is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations. He currently is the Chief Executive Officer of East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital, a Pipeline Health Hospital, and an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Health Science and Human Ecology at California State University, San Bernardino. Victor served in the U.S. Navy as part of medical teams supporting U.S. Marine Corp units and has experience as a hospital corpsman, a field medical technician, and an emergency medical technician during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Since then, Victor has gained extensive experience in hospital leadership and operations, board governance, strategic planning, and fiscal management. He has worked with underserved communities, built coalitions, and participated in nonprofit advocacy organizations. Victor has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Services Administration, and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management. He is a member of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives, a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
