The John M. Pfau Library offers a number of services that include online training, textbook and equipment loaning programs, and workshops to help students, faculty and staff in their studies, research and teaching.

The inaugural Coyote Orators for Social Change forensic speech tournament on April 16 took place on Zoom.

The theme of the tournament, Speak for Social Justice, featured five students from CSUSB oral communication 1006 courses who spoke about events related to social justice and social change.

These three new scholarship recipients – Oscar Diaz Soto, Madison Eves and Jason Davalos –  join 15 other University Legacy Scholars from the previous three years.  

Becky Talyn (far right), a lecturer of biology, and Erik Melchiorre (center), a professor of geology, and their daughter Gabrieila (seated). They grew and distributed over $2,200 worth of vegetables to members of the community during the pandemic.

Twenty-nine CSUSB students, seven staff and four faculty members were given the Do Good Volunteer Recognition Award for volunteering more than 25 hours toward their community from Dec. 1, 2020, to April 30, 2021.
