Elizabeth Junker
Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Elizabeth began her professional journey at CSUSB in 2005. She has served CSUSB’s campus community for 16 years. Currently, she holds the role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs. Elizabeth is responsible for a wide variety of complex administrative analyst specialist functions that support the Vice President of Student Affairs and the division as a whole.
Elizabeth has wide-ranging experience in complex calendar management, disaster preparedness, basic response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations, planning, coordination, and execution of division-wide programming and initiatives. Over the course of her time with CSUSB she’s had the pleasure to serve on a variety of campus and division wide committees, most recently on Staff Council.
On Staff Council she serves as a campus voice for all staff members and contributes to campus conversations on non-collective bargaining issues. Elizabeth Junker is a proud native of the Coachella Valley and is an Alumna of CSUSB. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2015.

Miesha Zumazuma, M.A.
Marketing and Communications Specialist

Miesha Zumazuma joined the Coyote family in 2017 as the Marketing and Communications Specialist. She discovered her passion for higher education public relations while working in the Office of Public Affairs at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. During her career, she has worked in a variety of journalism, marketing, and public relations roles. Most recently serving as the managing editor at the National Hot Rod Association, where she supervised the editorial staff and coordinated the production of its bi-weekly magazine.
Miesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in journalism from Cal Poly Pomona and Master’s degree in Professional Communications from California State University, Fullerton.

Kantaralia Rodriguez

Kantaralia Rodriguez is the Assistant to the Associate Vice President for Student Success & Educational Equity. Kantaralia joined the CSUSB family in June 2021. Kantaralia has over 10 years of experience working in higher education. Kantaralia earned two bachelor's degrees from CSUSB in Management and Information Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands.

Mary-Christine Ulatan-Robles
Senior Budget Analyst

Mary-Christine Ulatan-Robles has served the CSUSB community as a professional staff member since 2007. Currently, Mary is serving as the Division of Student Affairs budget officer and human resources liaison, since December 2018. Mary has oversight of all fiscal and personnel matters for the division, and is an active member within the campus community, having served in various capacities on a variety of committees.
Mary is a double CSUSB alumna, receiving both her bachelor of science degree in Nutrition and Food Science and a master of arts degree in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration degree from California Baptist University, with research interests in government accountability and performance, public organizations and public policy, and higher education.

Pamela De La Torre
Assistant to the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students

Pamela De La Torre is the Assistant to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students. She joined the Coyote family in 2019 as a Multi-Grant Coordinator with University Enterprise Corporation at CSUSB. She most recently joined the Vice President of Student Affairs administrative team in April 2022.
Pamela is a Latina immigrant, First-Gen student and professional, from Lima, Peru. Pamela received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from San Joaquin Valley College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. She holds over 10 years of administrative support experience in a number of fields, most recently in higher education for the Biological Sciences Department at CSUSB.
After joining CSUSB, she found her passion to be with student development and support, leading her to pursue her Masters of Education in Higher Ed. with a concentration in Student Affairs. Pamela hopes to increase her educational and professional experience during her time at the University. She aspires to pursue a Doctoral degree in Education to give back to her CSUSB family and community.

Laura Muñoz
Desktop Publishing and Graphic Specialist

Laura Muñoz joined the Division of Student Affairs in 2022 as the Desktop Publishing & Graphic Specialist. Prior to this role, she served as the Content Marketing Specialist at The Broad, a contemporary art museum located in Downtown Los Angeles.
Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design & Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino in 2020.
