The Educational Opportunity Centers Program (EOC) is intended to provide support services to qualifying adults, including veterans, who wish to enroll in or continue a higher education program. The EOC program focuses on low-income individuals and veterans, providing a variety of services such as counseling, financial aid, testing, and college application support.
