CSUSB Leadership Academy
Launched in Fall 2025, the CSUSB Leadership Academy is a professional development initiative designed to cultivate inclusive, effective leadership among staff and faculty across the university. The Academy supports participants in strengthening their leadership capacity for both current and future roles, while fostering collaboration, equity-minded practices, and institutional excellence.
The creation of the Leadership Academy advances Goal 2 of the Strategic Plan for Faculty and Staff Success, specifically the commitment to enhancing professional development opportunities for staff and faculty. Through intentional programming and in-person engagement, the Academy equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to lead with confidence and purpose at CSUSB.

Fall Cohort 2025
Each fall, the CSUSB Leadership Academy brings together a cohort of dedicated staff and faculty committed to personal growth, inclusive leadership, and institutional impact. Cohort members engage in interactive sessions, collaborative learning experiences, and reflective dialogue designed to strengthen leadership skills and build meaningful cross-campus connections.
