Growing Leadership Opportunities for Women (GLOW)
Established in the vibrant Fall of 2023, the Growing Leadership Opportunities for Women (GLOW) group at CSUSB is a dynamic community of over 150 staff, faculty, and administrators dedicated to championing women's leadership. We provide a supportive and inclusive space, through our listserv and in-person events where members discuss the topics pertaining to women's leadership. GLOW inspires big (and little) goals and provides encouragement, information, and connections to help achieve them.

This year’s spring ACE Women’s Network of SoCal Lunch and Learn will celebrate women who are reshaping the meaning of leadership and crafting pathways that reflect their values, voices, and visions. Our panel brings together leaders from the University of California, the California State University, and the California Community Colleges -each offering insight into what it means to lead authentically and on one’s own terms.
