Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Scholarships

There are three scholarships on campus dedicated to CD students!! The first two are through the CSUSB campus and the 3rd is through the Helen Mader Scholarship Fund.

  • The Rose and Leo Ricco Child Development Endowed Scholarship Fund
    • Student must be enrolled at California State University, San Bernardino
    • Declared undergraduate major in the Department of Child Development
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0
    • Financial Need Preferred
    • Preference is given to first-generation college student
  • The El-Gaouny and Lee Child Development Scholarship Fund
    • Will provide scholarship support for students at California State University, San Bernardino majoring in Child Development or Psychology programs
    • Preference for high performing students who are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Child Development or Psychology
    • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
    • Financial need preferred
    • Junior or Senior status having completed at least 30 semester or 45 quarter units of college course work
    • Be enrolled in at least 4 semester units at time of receipt of the scholarship
