Objectives:
To increase employee awareness of the University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB mission, purpose, policies and procedures.
Employee Orientation Guidelines:
All new hired and rehired employees must be scheduled to attend an orientation within the first two weeks that they are hired. If they are a one-month or short-term employee, they should attend orientation during their first week of employment. No employee may attend prior to their start date.
Special accommodations for groups can be made by appointment.

All employees are to be paid for attending the orientation.
Orientation lasts about one hour, depending on the number of attendees.
