Join us for an event that is meant to celebrate the progress and achievements the PILOT team and program has made so far. Throughout the year, various departments have partnered with the PILOT program and this event is going to showcase the improvements those departments made by using structured problem solving techniques. There is also going to be a sneak-peek for the upcoming 2026 year, we're going to be sharing new initiatives, strategic priorities, and opportunities for campus partners to engage with PILOT in the year ahead, we'll see you there!

Who Should Join Us:

  • Faculty: Observe and appreciate how PILOT was able to improve the processes various departments had issues with, connect with others to learn more about us, and apply to see how we can help your department.
  • Staff: See how various teams were able to reduce bottlenecks, streamline operations, and promote inclusiveness for all members by using the PILOT methods and program, and think of how your department, if not already joined, can benefit from this process.
