Police Reports

Request Procedures

  • Complete the following form, Report_Records_Request_Form.pdf. The form can be submitted by fax, mail, e-mail, or in person at the Police Department.
  • Please allow a minimum of 10 days from receipt of the request. 
  • Notifications will be made to the requestor by phone or email.
  • Upon approval, reports can then be picked up at the Police Department once fees have been paid.

Fees

  • Standard Request - $6.00 per quarter + $0.10 per page
  • Special Handling - $24.00 + $0.20 per page
