Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

The University Police Department offers a variety of services to the public

  • Bicycle Program
    The bicycle registration program is a free service provided to the community.  This program allows you to register your bicycle with the University Police Department and the National Bicycle Registry.  Upon registering your bicycle you receive a unique tamper resistant sticker to place on your bicycle which may deter theft and increase the possibility of recovery.   
  • Escort Service
    The escort program provides transportation to CSUSB students, staff, faculty, or visitors who are concerned about their safety. Escorts are provided by foot, department cart, or state vehicle.
  • Chaplain Program
    The Chaplain Program offers spiritual support to University Police officers as well as campus community during a crisis.
  • Live Scan Fingerprinting
    Live Scan Fingerprinting is done by appointment only. Please call (909) 537-3552 to schedule an appointment.
  • Nixle
    Provides free electronic alerts for accurate, important, and time sensitive information via text message, e-mail, and web. Get neighborhood-level public safety and health alerts and other relevant community information.
  • Twitter
    Social Media platform that provides information to the public from CSUSB Police Department, @csusbpd.
