Thank you for taking the time to complete an informal review of a CSUSB online or hybrid course. The goal of this review is to provide encouragement and support toward designing and delivering courses that result in quality learning experiences for students.
All information shared through the review process is kept confidential within the CSUSB Faculty Center for Excellence. No information will be distributed or published without your express written consent.
About the Online Course Review Form
The CSUSB Online Course Review Form is based on the CSU QLT Core 24 Rubric, enhanced with campus-specific elements to reflect best practices in online and hybrid course design.
Each review supports faculty in creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences for students. The Online Review Form:
- Uses the CSUSB QLT Core 24 Rubric
- Includes 8 standards and 24 objectives
- Each objective is rated “Met” or “Not Met”
- All objectives must be Met to pass the review
- You will receive a total number of the "MET" CORE objectives (out of 24) at the END of the peer review.
How it Works
The online review form below is intended for campus internal course reviews only.
- First, you’ll need to click the "SSO Login" button below to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO). This will connect the online review form to your CSUSB email account to ensure you can save your progress, resume later, and receive a email copy of your completed review.
- Second, click the "Start Review" button to begin your online course review.
