Request a Police Report
Request Procedures
- Complete the Report Records Request Form. The form can be submitted by fax, mail, e-mail, or in person at the Police Department.

- Please allow a minimum of 10 days from receipt of the request.
- Notifications will be made to the requestor by phone or email.
- Upon approval, reports can then be picked up at the Police Department once fees have been paid.
Fees
- Standard Request - $6.00 per quarter + $0.10 per page
- Special Handling - $24.00 + $0.20 per page
