CSUBuy

CSUBUY is a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system being implemented at CSUSB as part of the CSU system-wide effort to modernize and streamline procurement and payment processes.  The platform is a centralized electronic solution that supports end-to-end purchasing and payment activities for goods and services (excluding travel and reimbursements) and integrates sourcing, requisitions, approvals, purchasing, and payment status into one system.  It replaces many manual steps and disparate tools previously used for procurement.

  • Improve data quality and insights, enabling better financial decision-making.
