Biology professor named to three-year term as faculty director of Office of Community Engaged Learning
Lúa López will expand partnerships across the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley to strengthen student access to meaningful, community-based learning experiences. Harrell, a first-generation college student, works as a senior promotions producer at KESQ News Channel 3 and remains actively involved in giving back to the Coachella Valley community.
Combined with the mentorship he received, Sedrick Spencer said earning his degrees from CSUSB prepared him to navigate high-stakes professional environments. “It has allowed me to have a voice in the room,” he said.
