The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Cal State San Bernardino's Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration (JHBC) has earned national recognition once again, with The Princeton Review naming it one of its Best On-Campus MBA Programs for 2027.

The distinction places CSUSB among just 208 business schools nationwide selected for inclusion in The Princeton Review’s Best Business Schools for 2027 report released on July 14. The annual guide recognizes MBA programs that demonstrate academic excellence, strong student experiences, career preparation and overall quality.

"JHBC graduates lead with confidence, solve complex business challenges and make meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities. This national recognition reflects the outstanding quality of the transformative educational experience our faculty and staff create for our students," said Tomas Gomez-Arias, JHBC dean. "We are proud that The Princeton Review has once again acknowledged the exceptional learning environment at CSUSB."

The Princeton Review selected the 2027 on-campus MBA programs based on surveys conducted in 2025 and 2026 of administrators at 245 business schools and more than 24,250 MBA students. The company evaluated more than 60 data points, including academics, faculty, career services and student outcomes. Students also rated their programs on areas such as academic experience, professors, technology, campus life and overall satisfaction.

"We congratulate CSUSB along with the other institutions that made our Best Business Schools for 2027 lists," said Rob Franek, editor-in-chief of The Princeton Review, in the organization's announcement. "They differ importantly in program offerings, specializations and other aspects, but they all met our key criteria for designating them as 'best.' We recommend each and every one of them for their excellent academics, robust experiential learning opportunities, outstanding career services, and the positive feedback we received from their very own customers — their on-campus MBA students we surveyed."

JHBC is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), a distinction earned by fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide. The college's MBA program emphasizes experiential learning, leadership development and close connections with industry, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to advance their careers in today's evolving business environment.
