Kern County supervisors show support for inland port. What could that mean for California logistics?

Professor Brian Levin, director for the Study of Hate and Extremism at Cal State San Bernardino, said any way you slice it, the latest data on hate crimes in Los Angeles, compiled by Crosstown at USC, is not good news.
