The 36th Annual CSUSB Student Research Competition, held Feb. 11, featured 42 student presenters – the largest number of participants in the competition’s history. Eleven of those participants have been selected to represent Cal State San Bernardino at this year’s CSU statewide Student Research Competition, which will be hosted virtually by San Francisco State University April 29-30.
“I wanted to personally thank our student presenters, their dynamic faculty mentors, and the faculty who volunteered to serve as judges,” said Ryan Keating, director of the Office of Student Research. “Without you all, and your commitment to research, scholarly, and creative activities here at CSUSB, this event would never have happened.
“It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to hear our students discuss their research and all the presentations were truly impressive. It is incredible to see the diverse research, scholarly, and creative activities taking place on our campus, and I would like to congratulate all the participants for their hard work and dedication to advancing their fields of study.”
