IRA Fee Allocations

For the 25/26 academic year, the IRA fee was $199 per student. These funds remain allocated to Athletics, Recreation & Wellness, Special Events & Guest Services, and academic activities, with the latter awarded through a process managed by the IRA Committee.

However, the additional funding from the proposed fee increase will add $301 per student per year. The fees are allocated directly to support experiential learning activities that enhance student success and retention, and to provide important opportunities to expand networking and professional development skills.

The President reserves the right to adjust the allocations or use the funds for other eligible IRA programs. While amounts have been outlined for estimated fee revenue generated for each program, the actual fee revenue will be based on the fees collected (net of fee waivers, uncollectible amounts, etc.).
