Coyote Company History

The California State University San Bernardino Army ROTC program is the fastest growing program on the western United States. The "Coyote Ccompany" started in 2001 as an extension of the Claremont McKenna College's program under the Golden Lions Battalion. The growth of CSUSB's program has been significant.

The United States Army has recognized this progress and stood the CSUSB program up as a standalone host battalion. The CSUSB Army ROTC staff have backgrounds that include training with; Special Forces, Airborne Operations, Infantry, Armor, and Transportation. All CSUSB Army ROTC faculty have combat experience along with careers in various components of the U.S. Army. The results of this plethora of talent equate to a highly trained and motivated student body within the Army ROTC program. CSUSB Army ROTC is an excellent leadership development program that offers challenging, hands-on training to build confidence and character while developing leadership skills for future success.

The Coyote Company Instagram account is Cadet-managed and allows the families and friends of Cadets to get an inside look as to the events their loved one is partaking in to earn their commission as a United States Army Officer.
