Cal State San Bernardino’s annual Coyote Cares Day brought together the campus community for a day of service that supported local nonprofit organizations, beautification efforts and community-focused projects throughout the Inland Empire.

The annual day of service united students, faculty and staff in hands-on service projects across San Bernardino and Riverside counties. The longstanding tradition highlights CSUSB’s commitment to civic engagement and community partnership.

Cal State San Bernardino admitted students and their families will explore life as a Coyote and learn about the university’s academic programs and resources at Choose CSUSB Day 2026, set for 1-5 p.m. on March 14 at the CSUSB Palm Desert Campus and March 21 at the San Bernardino campus.

Sharon Brous is one of the most influential rabbis in America. The lecture will take place on Tuesday, March 24, from 6-7 p.m. in the Santos Manuel Student Union South Theatre. It is free and open to the public.

The organizing committee is currently seeking proposals for the third annual Inland Empire (IE) People’s History Conference, which will take place on June 6.

The conference will take place on Saturday, June 6, at Pomona College, bringing together scholars, artists and community members to explore Inland Empire history and culture. Those interested in presenting, tabling, attending or volunteering are encouraged to submit the interest form by Feb. 22.

The 13th annual Pioneer Breakfast on Feb. 27 from 9-11 a.m. will recognize the contributions of African Americans who have made a lasting impact at CSUSB.

The Voice is an annual initiative launched in 2018 to uplift underrepresented students, with a particular focus on amplifying the voices and experiences of Black men.

Hosted by the Office of Academic Equity at CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration, the annual event brings together campus and community voices for a conversation focused on research, dialogue, and strategies to better support African American men in school and beyond.

Throughout Black History Month, CSUSB will host events and activities that foster community, highlight Black art and culture, and reflect the diversity of the campus.
