Guillermo Escalante, associate dean in the College of Natural Sciences and professor of kinesiology, models discipline and applied expertise at CSUSB — on campus and in competitive bodybuilding. After a three-year break, he returned to high-level competition last summer, earning seven top 10 finishes.
