Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Trainings and Workshops

Thank you for your interest in receiving a training or workshop from the QTRC. The QTRC provides these trainings and workshops to students, faculty, and staff in an effort to provide visible and accessible advocacy for the needs of Queer and Trans students.

  • Gender and Sexuality Workshop: In this 2-hour presentation, The Queer and Transgender Resource Center will provide participants with resources and tools/skills to provide support and be in accountability with Queer and Trans communities. The workshop will then prepare participants to apply the knowledge they have gained.
  • Queer and Transgender Resource Center Overview: A 30-minute presentation on the resources provided by the QTRC. 
  • Custom Training: Need something a little different? The Queer and Transgender Resource Center is happy to discuss trainings that work for your individual needs. To make it more likely that we are able to accommodate your request, please submit your request with significant notice. Please note that we will need a minimum of 2 hours.
