Bio
Dr. Sparks has been teaching as California State University, San Bernardino since 2016. She has been married for 21 years. She has two daughters and one son. She enjoys working in higher education and finds it to be rich and rewarding. She has taught in higher education since 2012. She started in the field of Special Education in 1996 and was a teacher in the Clark County School District. She has worked in the field of Special Education for over 27 years.
