Marc Fudge is a professor in the Department of Public Administration. His research focuses on public finance, performance budgeting and social equity. His work appears in the Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management, Public Financial Management, the Journal of International Finance and Economics, the International Journal of Public Administration, and several other publications. He is also an Associate Director with the Research Institute for Public Management & Governance where he manages the Program on Fiscal Policy & Innovation. He is a former President of the Conference of Minority Public Administrators (COMPA) and the current Chair of the Section on Public Performance and Management. For the Academic Year 2019/20 year, Dr. Fudge is the Interim-Chairperson of the Special Education, Rehabilitation, and Counseling Program in the College of Education.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND/INTERESTS: Marc and his family (wife-Stacy, sons-Jackson & Max, daughter-Camille and dog-Hussein, RIP) reside in Southern California and enjoy sports and other outdoor activities. When not conducting research, Marc is an avid sports fan (Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, Manchester City Football Club, and Philadelphia 76ers.)
