LEARN 2026, Wednesday, June 17th - "Building on a Decade of LEARNing to Shape the Future"
CSUSB employees are invited to LEARN 2026, CSUSB’s annual professional development conference, taking place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 on the San Bernardino campus.
This year’s conference theme, “Building on a Decade of LEARNing to Shape the Future,” celebrates the continued evolution of LEARN as we recognize ten years of investing in employee learning, connection, and growth across our campus community.
LEARN 2026 marks an exciting new chapter for the conference, bringing renewed energy and intentionality to how we support professional development, enrichment, engagement, and well-being. As Staff Development & Enrichment continues to expand its focus on employee wellness and holistic development, this year’s conference is being designed as a more engaging and meaningful experience that encourages employees to connect, recharge, learn, and grow together.
This year’s programming includes opening speakers, breakout sessions, wellness activities, networking opportunities, and interactive learning experiences organized around themes such as:
- Employee well-being and work-life balance
- Leadership and professional development
- Workplace relationships and collaboration
- Navigating campus resources and support systems
