The CSUSB Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign returns April 6-24, inviting faculty and staff to donate to a fundraising effort that supports programs, departments and scholarships that directly impact student success.

This year’s theme, “Sustaining Legacy, Shaping the Future,” reflects the university’s commitment to honoring past contributions while investing in the next generation. The campaign aims to reach 350 faculty and staff donors.

CSUSB is also inviting faculty and staff to serve as ambassadors for this year’s campaign, helping to promote participation and build a culture of philanthropy across campus. Ambassadors play a key role in engaging colleagues, sharing information about giving opportunities, and highlighting the impact of donations. Volunteers will receive training, resources, an exclusive ambassador t-shirt and campaign materials to support their outreach and help make this year’s campaign a success.

Gifts from faculty and staff help fund a wide range of initiatives across campus, including student scholarships and success programs, the Staff Emergency Fund, Obershaw DEN Food Pantry, Emergency Supplies and Disaster Preparedness Fund, and Undocumented Student Success Center. Donors may also choose to support areas most meaningful to them.

As a token of appreciation, all donors will be invited to a Donor Appreciation Luncheon — featuring an In-N-Out truck on the San Bernardino campus and Chipotle on the Palm Desert campus — offering an opportunity to come together and celebrate the impact of giving. Donors will also be entered into weekly giveaways, with winners announced each Friday during the campaign.

For more than 20 years, the Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign has played a vital role in advancing CSUSB’s mission across the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses. Contributions have supported scholarships, strengthened resources and enhanced programs that empower students to achieve their goals and enable faculty to shape future leaders.
