Individual Faculty Support and Guidance

  • I provide feedback on FAR

  • I respond to RPT-related questions and concerns

  • I review RPT evaluations, interpret reviewer comments, and discuss whether a rebuttal is warranted.

  • I listen to workload-related concerns, such as whether expectations are reasonable within a faculty member’s rank and responsibilities

  • I assist with resources for faculty whose students are either disruptive or need additional academic or mental health support

  • I connect faculty with mentors from within the university community upon request
