I review RPT evaluations, interpret reviewer comments, and discuss whether a rebuttal is warranted.
I listen to workload-related concerns, such as whether expectations are reasonable within a faculty member’s rank and responsibilities
I assist with resources for faculty whose students are either disruptive or need additional academic or mental health support
I connect faculty with mentors from within the university community upon request
