University’s ‘Take Back the Night’ event set for April 23
The Women’s Resource Center at Cal State San Bernardino will host the 2026 “Take Back the Night” event from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at the Santos Manuel Student Union North Courtyard. The university event aims to bring awareness to and end sexual violence in all forms.
Prospective graduate students can explore nationally ranked CSUSB programs, with top placements in rehabilitation counseling, education, public affairs, social work, fine arts and public health.
CSUSB’s Defining the Future Conference brings emerging technology, workforce leaders and student innovation together in one place, offering the CSUSB community a firsthand look at what’s ahead. With employers on campus and the April 15-16 Meeting of the Minds Student Research Symposium happening alongside the conference, it’s a unique opportunity to connect ideas, talent and real-world possibilities.
As Cal State San Bernardino marks its 60th anniversary, alumna Laurena Bolden ’11 reflects on how her time at the university helped her honor her cultural identity while preparing for a life of leadership and service. Now a champion for Native culture and community, she continues to give back while carrying forward a legacy rooted in education and tradition.
