Native American Heritage Month celebration concludes at CSUSB
The closing ceremony featured state assemblymember and CSUSB alumnus James C. Ramos, bird singers and words of wisdom from CSUSB Indigenous leaders.

The handbook was developed by students enrolled in CSUSB’s master’s in human resources program and presented to the owners of Portals Entertainment Group by Tomás Gómez-Arias, dean of Cal State San Bernardino’s Jack H. Brown College of Business & Public Administration.

CSUSB was well represented by about a dozen undergraduate and graduate students and four biology department faculty: Michael Chao, Heidy Contreras, Joseph Heras and Anna Zelaya.

“America’s prosperity is intrinsically tied to the ability of our collective work as public institutions of higher education to deliver on America’s promise,” Tomás D. Morales said in his President-to-Presidents Lecture at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities national conference.
