
The Chamber Orchestra Spring Concert, conducted by Lucy Lewis, will take place on Thursday, June 6, at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Building Recital Hall.

The Educational Opportunity Program at Cal State San Bernardino honored its Class of 2018 and 2019 graduates with a recognition celebration at the Santos Manuel Student Union Events Center.

The annual Spring 2019 Faculty Showcase at Cal State San Bernardino celebrated 11 faculty members and their success in using innovative pedagogies and learning technologies for instruction.

“1948: Creation & Catastrophe,” co-produced and co-directed by Ahlam Muhtaseb (communication studies) will premiere April 23 in Tucson.

Megan Garvey, head of digital media for the Los Angeles Times, will speak on “Multimedia Storytelling – New Tools & Forces.”

This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are recommended and can be made at raffma.csusb.edu.

The student theater group will also present American playwright Luis Valdez’s play adaptation “Soldado Razo” on Thursday, April 13.

Diana Robinson, MA in psychology, is the college’s Outstanding Graduate, and Janhavi M. Dhargalkar, BA in psychology-biological psychology, is the Oustanding Undergraduate student.

Derek Mkhaiel, master’s in English composition, is the Outstanding Graduate Student, and Luis Esparza, bachelor’s in communication, is the Outstanding Undergraduate.
