Cal State San Bernardino will host its annual university-wide Giving Tuesday campaign on Dec. 2, joining the global movement of generosity that inspires giving and goodwill each holiday season. The campaign supports student scholarships, essential resources and impactful programs that help CSUSB students succeed.

This year’s mystery-themed campaign invites students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends to “solve the case” by contributing to CSUSB’s goal of raising $150,000 from more than 700 donors. Participants can also earn fun incentives, including a Detective Cody sticker and Giving Tuesday patch, investigation kit, or CSUSB t-shirt.

Last year, CSUSB’s Giving Tuesday broke records with more than 600 donors from across the nation raising over $118,000. These contributions make a direct impact, helping fund resources such as the Obershaw DEN food pantry, which provides warm meals and support for students experiencing food insecurity on both the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses.

As state and federal funding often fall short, CSUSB remains committed to bridging the gap through the generosity of its donors. Every contribution — no matter the size — makes an immediate difference in the learning experience and student success.

Donors don’t have to wait until Dec. 2 to make an impact. Gifts can be made today to help CSUSB students thrive. To learn more or make a contribution, visit the CSUSB Giving Tuesday website.
