The Office of Academic Equity in the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration (JHBC) at Cal State San Bernardino will host its annual ShEconomy event, “The Future is Now: How AI is Transforming Women’s Careers,” on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 5:30-8:15 p.m. at the Santos Manuel Student Union South Theater. The event is free and open to the public; registration is required.
This year’s event will feature a presentation on the state of the ShEconomy, followed by a panel discussion with women leaders who will share their insights on how artificial intelligence is reshaping career paths, opportunities and the future of work for women across industries.
The evening will begin with networking from 5:30-6 p.m., followed by introductions and the State of the ShEconomy presentation from 6-6:40 p.m. The panel discussion and Q&A will take place from 6:40-8 p.m., with final questions and closing remarks concluding the event at 8:15 p.m.
“For the past eight years, the JHBC ShEconomy event has been a journey of insight, inspiration and impact,” said Marina Kamel, event coordinator and communications specialist for the business college. “Each year, it grows richer — bringing together brilliant minds and powerful conversations that continue to shape the future of women in business and the economy.”
