CSUSB adjunct lecturer is 2022 California League of Schools’ State High School Educator of the Year

Keith Brockie, a teacher at San Bernardino’s Arroyo Valley High School and an adjunct instructor at CSUSB, is the California League of Schools’ State High School Educator of the Year for 2022.

Brockie outshone educators from 11 other regions in California to earn the State High School Educator of the Year recognition. Nominees may be teachers, administrators, counselors or other certificated personnel.

San Bernardino names Darren Goodman, CSUSB adjunct instructor, as new chief of police

After a nationwide search, the city of San Bernardino has announced that Upland Police Chief Darren Goodman, an adjunct professor at Cal State San Bernardino, has been selected to be the next chief of police. Goodman has been in law enforcement for over 31 years, and comes to San Bernardino from the city of Upland, where he has spent the last four years as its chief of police.
