Cal State San Bernardino and its Palm Desert Campus will be closed on Monday, Sept. 6, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Both campuses will resume classes and business operations on Tuesday, Sept. 7. University Police will remain on duty on all days when the campus is closed.

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity and well-being of the United States, according to the U.S. Labor Department.
