Thanks to a partnership between the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, the Student Health Center, and the nursing department, students at the SB and PDC campus can receive their vaccinations at a drive-thru clinic. This is the first time that a drive-thru clinic has been offered to students.  The 400 doses of vaccine were donated by the SB County DPH and will be administered by nursing students and Student Health Center staff.

The CSUSB Student Health Center will offer free flu vaccines via a drive-thru clinic to students at CSUSB and the Palm Desert Campus.

The drive-thru clinics for CSUSB will be on Oct. 28; Nov. 9 and 10; and Nov. 18 and 19: 9 a.m.–2 p.m. in the East Parking Structure (near the College of Education).

The drive-thru clinic for the Palm Desert Campus will be on Oct. 30: 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at the turnout between the Indian Wells Center and the Health Science Building.

In order to receive a free flu vaccine, CSUSB students will need to complete the campus COVID 19 Daily Health Screen survey as well as the Influenza Vaccination Authorization form, prior to arriving on campus for the Flu Clinics.

To access the Influenza Vaccine Authorization form, click on the blue Patient Portal button located on the top right of the Student Health Center webpage.

  • Log into the Patient Portal with your Coyote ID and password
  • Click on the Forms tab
  • Under Consent, click on the link to the INFLUENZA VACCINE AUTHORIZATION form
  • Additionally, please make sure to bring an appropriate face covering. Per CSUSB campus requirements, it is mandatory to wear a face covering for the protection of you and others.
  • Please bring your Student ID (or government issued photo ID) with you to campus on the day of the Flu Clinic as well as proof that your consent form was completed.
