The College of Arts and Letters (CAL) at Cal State San Bernardino hosted its 14th Faculty Colloquium on Nov. 4, and featured three faculty members.

Tom McGovern, professor of art, and interim chair of the Department of World Languages & Literatures, presented two documentary photography projects: “Citrus Workers” and “The Anderson School.” Gretchen Bergquist, assistant professor of communication studies, presented “Exploring Processes of Stigma Socialization and Perceptions of Mental Health.” Jasmine Lee, assistant professor of English, presented “Hopeful Movements: Rethinking Value and Pedagogy in the Neoliberal University.”

Wendy Smith, professor emerita of English, served as the colloquium moderator.

The CAL Faculty Colloquium, which was introduced in spring 2015 and has been held each quarter since then, is where CAL faculty members share their scholarly, professional and creative activities.
