The Center for International Studies and Programs (CISP) at Cal State San Bernardino will host a Professors Across Borders presentation on Wednesday, May 22. The event will be held at the John M. Pfau Library, room PL-4005 from 9-11 a.m. This will be an interactive event where there will be a showcase of some of the most recent projects funded by CISP. The Professors Across Borders program is organized and administered by the Faculty Director Office of International Studies and Programs. Travel grant funds are provided by the CSUSB Faculty Professional Development Committee. The program contributes to campus internationalization by facilitating faculty engagement in international research, conference presentations and publications, grant writing, and curriculum internationalization. Through faculty engagement, Professors Across Borders also strengthens relationships with partner institutions outside of the U.S. Presenting at the program will be:

  • Bibiana Diaz, world languages and literatures (Colombia);
  • Guillermo Escalante, kinesiology (Costa Rica);
  • Arianna Huhn, anthropology (Ghana); and
  • Rajrani Kaira, geography and environmental studies (India).
