FCE and zoom
Superfest is the world's longest-running disability film festival, dedicated to showcasing cinema that portrays disability in a diverse, complex, and engaging way. It features films created by and starring people with disabilities, aiming to challenge stereotypes and amplify disabled voices. The festival, which has grown into an international event with both in-person and virtual components, is formerly produced by the Paul K. Longmore Institute on Disability and now produced by the Disability Cultural Center.
This event will include a panel of disability inclusion faculty knowledgeable about the topic in a panel unpacking the films immediately following the screening.
This event is part of the Disability Studies Mini Symposium
