Difficult Conversations: Workshop for Current and Future Leaders @CSUSB

CSUSB students, staff and faculty are invite to attend this special workshop sponsored by The Speaking Center at JHBC featuring communication experts and faculty from the Department of Management - Dr. Bailey Benedict, Dr. Maggie Boyraz & Dr. Ying Cheng. They will provide tips on how to provide negative feedback, how to manage conflict, how to handle employee termination and more.
