Welcome to the Office of Academic Budget & Planning. The Office of Academic Budget & Planning supports the Division of Academic Affairs in the areas of budget management, staffing, and space planning. Services include: Facilitating the Academic Affairs budget process, management and allocation of division funds to academic colleges and units, preparation of budget status reports for managing division budgets, coordination of space, assisting the Provost with staff human resources, and acting as a liaison to other divisions and units on campus.
Mission
The mission of Academic Budget and Planning is to effectively allocate resources to colleges and other academic units within the division of Academic Affairs in support of student learning and success and to support faculty and staff development and success.
Vision
The CSUSB Academic Affairs Budget and Planning Office will work across campus organizations to provide budget information and analysis in a timely, reliable and professional manner. We will continuously strive to be an exemplary department, improve ourselves through professional development, the use of resources and technology, and accept new challenges.
