Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Facts & Figures: SAIL Students Excel!

Students who choose to join SAIL are proactive! They seek every possible opportunity to enhance their success, and their effort and commitment are reflected in their achievement:

  • SAIL’s persistence rate (fall 2021 to fall 2022) was 96%.
  • 64% of SAIL’s active students qualified for the program’s Spring Semester 2023 Honor Roll by having earned a quarter grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. (40 students had a GPA of 4.0.)
  • At the end of Spring Semester 2023, 65% of SAIL’s participants had achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above for all coursework undertaken in college, and the average cumulative GPA was 3.12.
  • Each year, SAIL achievers are honored at the program's Student Recognition Reception held in May. The SAIL staff is proud to showcase their many accomplishments.
